Sanoor does not offer any “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments.
- The customer cancels the order, before Sanoor starts processing the shipment.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased and the replacement is unavailable.
- The transaction does not verify the security checks and Sanoor is not willing to process such order.
- The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.
In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 5-8 days once the item is returned.
Sanoor reserves the right to change their “Exchange and Return” policy, without any prior notification.
