+How do I make a purchase?
After arriving on the category page of your choice, click on the product you want to purchase, enter the quantity in number and press the “Add Cart” button. This will prompt you to a window which will ask you whether to continue shopping or head to the checkout. On the checkout page, you will be asked to enter your billing, shipping and personal information after which you can view the payment options and review your order.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 12 hours. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days after shipment however Sanoor is not responsible for delays caused custom clearance processes.

We can deliver to the address specified on the shipping information even if it is not your personal shipping address however, we do not offer a gift-wrapping service at the moment.
